Business Development Manager, Priority Banking

About the role

The Business Development Manager, Priority Banking is responsible for acquiring, retaining and deepening relationships with high‑net‑worth clients. You will work closely with specialists across investment, insurance, treasury and product teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive growth and meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new‑to‑bank (NTB) and new‑to‑segment (NTS) priority clients, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Identify client needs across wealth management, overdraft, mortgage and other retail banking products and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain a customer‑centric approach, delivering excellent service throughout the client journey.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including AML/KYC procedures and the bank’s clear‑desk policy.
• Monitor and mitigate risks by adhering to the bank’s risk management framework.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to create tailored investment portfolios and long‑term wealth plans.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑management and sales orientation.
• Good understanding of retail banking products and wealth‑management services.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements, especially AML and KYC.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
