Business Development Manager – Partnerships (Remote)

About the role

Sabi Sweat is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to lead partnership and brand collaboration efforts for its fast‑growing global fitness and wellness app. This remote, contract position will serve as the commercial face of the brand, driving revenue, user acquisition, and brand value through strategic alliances.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and secure partnerships with health, fitness, and lifestyle brands that align with Sabi Sweat’s inclusive identity.
• Develop and execute a corporate wellness strategy to onboard companies as team‑building and wellness partners.
• Negotiate sponsorship deals for step challenges, securing brand‑funded prizes, discounts, and exclusive offers.
• Structure and manage an ambassador/affiliate programme.
• Prospect, outreach, develop proposals, negotiate terms, and manage the full deal cycle from contact to execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and community teams to design co‑branded campaigns and events.
• Track performance against revenue and growth targets, maintaining accurate records in CRM and reporting tools.
• Research market trends in fitness and wellness, providing feedback on new offerings.

Required profile

• Proactive, well‑connected professional with a strong network in the wellness, fitness, or lifestyle sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in partnership development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
