Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for DASERVICE by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding the company's presence in target markets. This full‑time, on‑site role is based in Guzape and works closely with project and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential clients and upcoming construction projects.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contract terms.
• Coordinate with project and operations teams to align business development activities with delivery capabilities.
• Monitor market trends and contribute to sales forecasts.
• Participate in industry events and maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies and set performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within construction.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to conduct market research, analyse opportunities and devise practical growth strategies.
• Solid organisational and planning skills, including pipeline management and forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guzape, collaborate cross‑functionally and travel for client meetings or events.
