Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth for Geoinfotech Resources Limited by identifying and securing new opportunities across public and private sectors. This role focuses on promoting the company’s GIS, drone, surveying and training services while building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Identify, prospect and secure new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns and industry events.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations and quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and client database using CRM tools and produce regular business development reports.
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences, exhibitions and networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably in technology, GIS, surveying or drone industries.
• Strong B2B sales knowledge and ability to close high‑value contracts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software for pipeline and client management.
