Business Development Manager

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive growth for Capinta Consult Limited by identifying new client opportunities and expanding existing relationships within the hospitality sector. This full‑time position is based in Port Harcourt and focuses on both sales outreach and digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the business pipeline.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking events, and social media platforms.
• Promote the company’s products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Create simple, engaging content for social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
• Manage and regularly update the company’s social media pages, responding to messages and fostering follower interaction.
• Research competitors and market trends, providing regular updates on business development and social media performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Outspoken, confident, proactive, and target‑driven attitude.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to create and manage online content that engages audiences.
