Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth across the energy, power, telecom, infrastructure, oil & gas and industrial sectors. You will work closely with technical teams to craft tailored solutions and build strong relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Maintain relationships with procurement teams, consultants, EPC contractors, OEMs and other stakeholders.
• Translate client power and energy requirements into technical‑commercial proposals.
• Prepare and present quotations, capability presentations and commercial offers.
• Research market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Record leads, opportunities and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities from lead generation to contract award.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven business development experience in energy, power, renewable energy, infrastructure, telecom, EPC or technical solutions.
• Demonstrated success in winning new business and generating revenue.
• Strong understanding of power and energy solutions such as solar and hybrid systems.
• Experience working with corporate, telecom, EPC, infrastructure or government clients.
• Ability to manage tenders, RFQs, RFPs and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently to meet revenue targets.
