Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base and generate revenue within the wellness and lifestyle sector. The role focuses on building partnerships with corporate clients, hotels, event organisers and other strategic allies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, negotiate proposals and close deals.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event organisers and strategic partners.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies in collaboration with marketing and operations.
• Conduct market and competitor research to uncover growth opportunities.
• Track KPIs such as revenue, leads, conversions and partnerships, and prepare regular reports for management.
• Represent the company at networking events and corporate engagements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships.
• Proven track record of meeting sales/revenue targets and securing partnerships.
• Strong analytical, commercial and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
