Business Development Manager

About the role

TenTrade Africa Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in Nigeria. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
• Generate, manage, and convert leads into active clients through effective sales and relationship management.
• Promote TenTrade’s financial products and services to individual and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover emerging trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute business development plans to meet sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding, support, and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline performance using CRM tools.
• Represent TenTrade at industry events, networking engagements, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven business development experience, preferably in the brokerage industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and sales strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and results‑oriented.
