Business Development Manager

About the role

Network International is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its market presence in Nigeria. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with existing accounts across banking, payments and financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets by providing market insights, sales intelligence and strategic recommendations.
• Promote and cross‑sell Network International’s acquiring, issuing, processing and value‑added solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Identify market opportunities through research, competitor analysis and customer needs assessment to increase market share.
• Lead commercial negotiations, securing favourable pricing, contractual terms and business agreements.
• Increase transaction and processing volumes by developing innovative business solutions and supporting financial institutions in product adoption.
• Gather and leverage market intelligence on competitors, processors, industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long‑term partnership.
• Drive product adoption within existing accounts by proactively introducing new products and services.
