Business Development Manager – Commercial AC

About the role

JMG Limited is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to lead growth of its Commercial AC (HVAC) portfolio. You will identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive sales to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy targeting commercial real estate, healthcare, data centers, and industrial facilities.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, prepare proposals, and lead contract negotiations for large‑scale HVAC projects.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales and revenue goals.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, facility managers, and property developers.
• Represent JMG Limited at industry events and conferences.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Project Management, and Operations to ensure project feasibility and seamless handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 7‑10 years of proven business development or sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or construction.
• Track record of securing large‑scale HVAC projects such as chilled water systems, VRF installations, and building automation.
• Established network within the local/regional AEC industry.
