Business Development Manager (Brand Consulting)

About the role

Envy365 Consulting is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth for its brand consulting services. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and positioning Envy365 as the preferred partner for ambitious businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, startup, real estate, hospitality, education, and lifestyle sectors.
• Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, referrals, partnerships, and strategic prospecting.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into service opportunities across branding, strategy, digital experiences, and print touchpoints.
• Prepare proposals, capability presentations, pitch documents, and quotations in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead client acquisition from first contact through negotiation and closing.
• Work with leadership and creative teams to define sales priorities and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow‑up on all prospects.
• Represent Envy365 at meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify service expansion areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, client service or account management.
• Experience working in a branding agency, creative agency, consulting firm or related environment.
• Strong understanding of branding, marketing, creative services or consulting‑led business models.
• Proven ability to generate leads, pitch services, negotiate and close deals.
