Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will drive member acquisition for a cooperative focused on agribusiness and fintech solutions across Nigeria. You will present project opportunities, sell cooperative products, and build lasting client relationships while contributing to the growth of a sustainable agricultural community.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and onboard new members into the cooperative.
• Present project opportunities clearly to individuals and groups.
• Sell cooperative products (larvaliums) to new members.
• Conduct field marketing, community outreach, and client visits.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Support registration and documentation processes.
• Monitor participation and follow up to ensure consistency.
• Provide market feedback and customer insights.
• Maintain accurate and timely activity records.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any relevant field.
• Prior experience in marketing, sales, or field engagement (advantageous).
• Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
• Target‑driven with a clear focus on results and earnings.
• Confident, energetic, and effective in relationship building.
• Basic record‑keeping and organisational ability.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently or within a team.

Required skills

What we offer

• Base salary of NGN 200,000 per month.
• Commission of NGN 50,000 per successful enrolment.
