Business Development Executive

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the media, billboard and Out‑of‑Home (OOH) advertising market. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with corporate clients and agencies, and delivering tailored advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the media, billboard and OOH advertising sectors.
• Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Prospect, generate leads and convert them into long‑term clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts and presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Collaborate with Operations and Client Service teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry conferences to promote services.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular business development reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, media sales or corporate sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network of corporate clients and advertising agencies (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑management skills.
