About the role
We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to join an insurance brokerage firm in Abuja. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on expanding the firm’s client base and market presence through targeted prospecting and relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the insurance sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into long‑term client relationships.
- Present tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs.
- Maintain and nurture existing accounts to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market demand.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently with a results‑driven mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of business operations and the insurance brokerage industry.
- Experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage.
