Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

Airnacle Technology is seeking a commercially‑minded Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to grow its client base and expand product reach. You will drive outbound prospecting, nurture leads, and support the company’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target businesses and decision‑makers for Airnacle’s services.
• Conduct outbound outreach via WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads from initial contact to business opportunity.
• Book meetings, consultations and product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Support and grow Airnacle’s social media presence and coordinate digital campaigns.
• Track outreach and campaign performance and use insights to improve future efforts.

Required profile

• Demonstrable ability in business development, sales, digital marketing or lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with confidence engaging business owners and decision‑makers.
• Good understanding of social media, online prospecting and digital marketing.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and follow up diligently.

What we offer

• Monthly salary of ₦100,000–₦150,000
• Performance‑based commission on acquired clients
• Eligibility for promotional commission programmes, including a 17.5% referral commission
