About the role
The Sales Executive Officer will drive property sales for Cdv Properties And Development Ltd in Lagos. You will work closely with prospective buyers, guiding them through the transaction process and supporting the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Market property listings to attract potential buyers.
- Organise and conduct property inspections.
- Prepare sales proposals and guide buyers through the transaction process.
- Maintain detailed records of client enquiries, viewings, offers, and completed transactions.
- Prepare regular and accurate sales reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
