About the role

The Mind Yard is seeking a motivated Business Development Consultant to drive revenue through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. This commission‑based, remote position focuses on expanding the reach of our emotional intelligence and leadership programs across corporate and individual markets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target markets and potential partners.
• Generate leads, conduct discovery meetings, and present tailored solutions.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and prepare proposals and presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the founder to shape partnership structures and customize program offerings.
• Participate in networking events, thought‑leadership initiatives, and client follow‑ups to ensure long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• Strong business development and consultative selling experience.
• Proven ability to manage pipelines and close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
• Analytical mindset for market research and data‑driven planning.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
