Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales / Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth for TPPC in Lagos by expanding the customer base for eco‑friendly paper packaging solutions. This full‑time, on‑site position involves prospecting new clients, managing existing relationships, and delivering compelling sales presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, lounges, and corporate clients through outreach, referrals, trade events, and digital channels.
• Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date pipeline in the CRM, logging leads, follow‑ups, quotes, and deal stages.
• Build and sustain relationships with existing clients to secure repeat orders and grow account value.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes, and proposals, handling objections confidently.
• Track market trends, record sales activities, and provide regular reports on pipeline performance and growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.
• Relevant sales or business development experience, preferably in packaging, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic CRM tools.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposal development.
