Business Development and Partnerships Executive

About the role

Sprinkle & Sparkle Luxe Co. is looking for an ambitious Business Development and Partnerships Executive to join its Revenue & Growth team in Lagos. You will drive new revenue by identifying, prospecting and converting opportunities across luxury gifting, corporate events, festive décor and brand experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and prospect new business opportunities in corporate and private sectors.
• Generate qualified leads for luxury gifting, corporate gifting, events, festive décor and seasonal projects.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects, sponsors, partners and corporate accounts.
• Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and networking events.
• Develop strategic partnerships with luxury brands, vendors, media partners and industry stakeholders.
• Support sponsorship prospecting and partnership development for company‑owned events.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, sponsorship decks and partnership documents.
• Attend client and sponsor meetings to present solutions and close deals.

Required profile

• Entry‑level professional with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Commercially driven, target‑oriented and proactive.
• Polished communication style and confident in engaging senior decision‑makers.
• Strong relationship‑building and follow‑up abilities.
