Business Developer – Merchant Onboarding

About the role
The Business Development Associate will drive the acquisition of new merchants for Flexi MFB’s Pay With Transfer solution. This field‑based position involves daily interaction with business owners across selected Nigerian states, educating them on the benefits of the service and guiding them through account setup.
Key responsibilities
- Approach and engage business owners in targeted markets and commercial areas.
- Educate merchants on the advantages of the Pay With Transfer (PWT) solution.
- Onboard and assist merchants in opening business accounts.
- Achieve daily and weekly onboarding targets.
Required profile
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Residency in Lagos, Ogun, Abia, or Anambra.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Energetic, confident, and target‑driven attitude.
