Business Developer – ATM Card Services

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Developer to join our ATM Card Services team in Akwaibom State. The role focuses on expanding our card portfolio by identifying new prospects, nurturing client relationships and supporting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential clients in the ATM card services market.
• Support lead generation and outreach activities.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Prepare sales materials, proposals and presentations.
• Monitor industry trends and share insights with the team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and reporting.

Required profile

• OND in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial services and ATM card products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work well in a team.
• Adaptable to a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• High ethical standards and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

What we offer

• Basic salary of ₦70,000 per month plus ₦20,000 transportation allowance.
• Commission potential up to ₦100,000.
