Business Analyst (Healthcare)

About the role

Our client, a leading healthcare management organisation in Imo State, Nigeria, is seeking a Business Analyst to support corporate performance and strategic decision‑making. You will work closely with the Lead Strategist to analyse data, monitor key performance indicators and drive process improvements that enhance the efficiency of public healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, analyse and interpret data related to organisational performance, operations and strategic initiatives.
• Support the development, tracking and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and support project implementation.
• Contribute to business cases and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, performance monitoring or data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Residency in Imo State or willingness to relocate.
