About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our bakery team in Port Harcourt. The role involves preparing, baking and ensuring high-quality bread products for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake bread according to company standards.
• Measure, mix and knead ingredients accurately.
• Monitor dough preparation, proofing and baking processes.
• Maintain consistency in quality and appearance of finished products.
• Keep the bakery clean and adhere to hygiene and food-safety procedures.
• Operate and care for baking equipment and report any shortages.

Required profile

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• At least 12 months of experience as a bread baker.
• Strong knowledge of bread production, baking techniques and food safety standards.
• Physically fit, able to work shift-based duties and handle production pressure.
• Neat, reliable and able to maintain an organized work environment.
