Brand Operations Manager

About the role

Kowelams International Ltd is seeking a proactive Brand Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day activities for its shoe and leather‑goods line in Port Harcourt. You will drive sales, ensure product quality, and uphold the brand’s reputation while coordinating staff and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks for the brand.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Motivate and manage staff to meet performance targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and protect brand reputation.
• Ensure quality control of all shoe and leather‑goods products.
• Plan, monitor, and report on brand campaigns.
• Enforce company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Create compelling brand storytelling and content.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience, preferably in fashion, manufacturing or marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications or related field (advantageous).
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
• High integrity, patience and discretion in handling sensitive situations.
