Brand & Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Brand & Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives across West Africa. This role works closely with distributors, vendors, media outlets and business partners to ensure consistent brand communication and successful campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in rolling out brand communication and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate exhibitions, customer events, promotions and on‑site implementation.
• Create and localise English‑language content for social media, press releases, case studies, videos and other materials.
• Liaise with distributors, vendors, media outlets and business partners.
• Collect market trends, competitor intelligence and post‑event feedback.
• Undertake ad‑hoc brand and marketing support tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Design or related fields (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, corporate communication, event execution or related functions.
• Strong aesthetic sense and excellent oral and written English proficiency.
• Outstanding execution, responsibility and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Required skills

• Design software: Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator.
• Basic photography, videography and short‑video production.
• Video editing tools: Premiere Pro, CapCut or equivalents.
• Social media operation experience.
• Hands‑on event execution and vendor management.
