Brand Manager – 2 and 3 Wheeler Automobile Products

About the role

The Simba Group is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the positioning and demand generation for its 2 and 3 wheeler automobile products in Nigeria. You will translate the mobility portfolio into compelling campaigns that move prospects from enquiry to sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly brand plans, set audience priorities, messaging, campaign activities and budgets.
• Research consumer needs, motivations and competitors to sharpen positioning and translate product features into benefits.
• Plan and execute consumer campaigns, product demonstrations, dealer events and partnerships.
• Brief internal creative and agency teams, ensuring brand consistency and product accuracy.
• Coordinate with regional marketing, sales and dealers on customer experiences and marketing materials.
• Monitor lead quality, handover processes and use feedback to improve campaign design.
• Manage new product launch workstreams, track spending, audit touchpoints and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of brand or consumer marketing experience with campaign and budget responsibility.
• Experience in automotive, mobility, consumer durables, FMCG or similar purchase‑heavy categories is an advantage.
• Proven ability to produce clear campaign briefs and use consumer insight and performance data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with willingness to travel across Nigeria.
