Brand Development Executive (FMCG)

About the role

The Brand Development Executive will identify opinion leaders and promotional locations, execute detailing, presentation and sampling activities, and manage promotional materials and budgets across assigned areas.

Key responsibilities

• Determine opinion leaders and product promotion sites and align with target objectives.
• Distribute purchase orders to sales teams or authorized distributors.
• Monitor and ensure detailing, presentation and sampling activities meet targets.
• Visit opinion leaders to evaluate promotional activities.
• Ensure promotional activities and materials follow set concepts, procedures and targets.
• Build consumer confidence through product benefit communication.
• Coordinate external party activities within set timelines.
• Prepare activity reports and manage operational administration.

Required profile

• HND/BSc in Marketing, Communications, Social Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; experience in medical line is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to ride a bike.
• Creative thinking with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
