Brand Concierge – E‑Commerce Sales & Order Support (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a Brand Concierge to provide high‑quality, remote support for e‑commerce customers. You will help shoppers complete purchases, recover abandoned carts, and retain subscription users while delivering a premium experience that drives loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, phone, and SMS with order inquiries, product questions, and post‑purchase issues.
• Identify upselling, cross‑selling, and product recommendation opportunities to increase order value.
• Support subscription recovery, abandoned‑cart follow‑ups, and win‑back campaigns.
• Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations with a customer‑first approach.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience.
• Prior e‑commerce experience, especially in upselling, cross‑selling, cart recovery, or subscription support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
