Branch Manager

About the role

Trendora Travel Agency is hiring a Branch Manager in Lagos (Marina). The role covers day-to-day operations, team leadership, budget oversight, sales growth and customer relations, acting as the main point of contact for high-value clients.

Key responsibilities

• Operational management: oversee daily workflows, open and close facilities, and keep the workplace safe and well organised
• Team leadership and HR: recruit, interview, hire, train, mentor and evaluate staff, manage shift schedules and resolve internal conflicts
• Financial oversight: develop branch budgets, manage expense margins, track revenue targets, review financial reports and control overheads
• Sales and business growth: create local marketing strategies, drive sales goals, identify prospective client segments and build community relationships
• Customer relations: handle high-value clients, monitor service quality and resolve serious complaints or disputes
• Compliance and governance: enforce corporate policies, follow local industry regulations, manage risk and report to upper or regional management

Required profile

• 2-4 years of experience as an operational manager, branch manager or in a related field
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Good knowledge of sales, inventory and staff management
