Branch Manager

About the role

Roadmech is hiring a full-time Branch Manager in Abeokuta and Ogun State, Nigeria. The manager oversees all branch activities, leads the team and drives sales and customer satisfaction in the automotive and aviation sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all branch activities, including repairs, diagnostics, detailing, sales, inventory and customer engagement.
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the company's culture of excellence, integrity and transparency.
• Lead and manage branch staff across departments, ensuring proper scheduling, accountability and performance tracking.
• Monitor daily sales, service output and customer feedback, and provide reports and recommendations to management.
• Enforce discipline, punctuality and quality control standards across the branch.
• Drive branch growth by meeting sales targets, delivering services efficiently and prioritising customer retention.
• Resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with inventory and finance teams on accurate stock management and cost control.
• Keep the branch clean, organised and operationally ready every day.

Required profile

• Minimum of a degree in a related field.
• Strong leadership skills.
