Branch Manager – HMO Services

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Kaduna office of Noor Health, ensuring seamless delivery of HMO services to members and providers. This senior role combines operational oversight, business development, and member engagement to meet financial and service targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring compliance with HMO policies, regulatory standards and high service quality.
• Develop new business opportunities by engaging local employers and expanding the provider network through contracts with hospitals and clinics.
• Manage relationships with healthcare providers, handling contract negotiations, service delivery issues and provider satisfaction.
• Address escalated member complaints, improve member retention, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards, reporting any breaches and participating in security training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in healthcare or HMO management, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Certification in healthcare management or business administration is a plus.
