Bouncer

About the role

The Bouncer will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests at our venue. This on‑site security position requires vigilant monitoring of entry points and rapid response to any incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Control access by verifying authorized entry and enforcing company policies.
• Welcome guests professionally while maintaining security standards.
• Monitor guest behaviour, identify potential risks, and prevent theft, vandalism, or violence.
• Refuse entry to intoxicated, aggressive, under‑age, or policy‑violating individuals.
• De‑escalate conflicts calmly and, when necessary, escort disruptive persons using proportionate measures.
• Conduct routine patrols of entrances, exits, parking areas, and other designated zones.
• Assist with crowd management during busy periods, events, and private functions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, fights, medical incidents, fire alarms, and other security situations.
• Collaborate with the Security Team, Management, and law‑enforcement agencies as required.
• Prepare accurate incident and security reports while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Minimum of an S.S.C.E (secondary school certificate).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar security or bouncer role.
