About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Biology Tutor to join Taidob College and deliver high‑quality biology instruction to secondary school students in Abeokuta and the surrounding Marina area. The role involves preparing and delivering lessons, assessing student performance, and supporting learners through both regular and afternoon sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Teach biology (and related subjects such as botany) to designated classes, ensuring punctual attendance.
- Prepare and conduct class tests, periodic examinations, practical projects, and homework assignments.
- Mark exercise books and maintain accurate continuous assessment records.
- Deliver afternoon session classes according to the timetable.
Required profile
- B.Sc., B.Ed., or NCE in Biology, Botany, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Minimum two years of experience teaching biology at the secondary school level.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and collaborate both independently and within a team.
