About the role
We are seeking a Supervisor to manage daily operations of our beauty centre in Ojodu Berger, Lagos. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining facility standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the beauty centre.
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and conduct.
- Manage appointments, handle complaints and client enquiries.
- Drive client retention initiatives.
- Oversee stock, equipment, and facility standards.
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a beauty, spa, salon, or aesthetics business.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of beauty and aesthetics operations.
- Ability to manage a team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional, organised, proactive and results‑oriented attitude.
- Proven track record of meeting operational targets.
