Beauty Advisor

About the role

The Prosperis Associates Limited is hiring a Beauty Advisor in Lagos (Marina) to welcome customers, recommend products and sell Kuddy products while meeting sales targets. The role suits someone with about 1 year of retail experience who enjoys beauty, skincare and personal care.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and give personalised product recommendations.
• Promote and sell Kuddy products and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits and usage to customers.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Keep product displays clean, attractive and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or inventory issues promptly.
• Run in-store promotions, activations and product sampling as required.
• Stay up to date on product offerings, promotions and market trends.
• Submit sales reports and customer feedback and represent the brand professionally.

Required profile

• Minimum of an OND in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, beauty advisory, cosmetics sales or customer service; previous experience in skincare, cosmetics, personal care or FMCG retail is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Customer-focused, friendly and able to build rapport quickly.
