Banking Sales Agent

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for our digital financial products in Lagos. You will work closely with prospects, demonstrate product benefits, and build lasting relationships to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital channels, and market events.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to customers.
• Create awareness of company products and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports to your supervisor.
• Listen to customer needs and feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within finance or credit organizations.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building skills.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
