Banking Sales Agent

About the role

The Banking Sales Agent will drive acquisition of new customers for our digital financial products across Lagos and Abuja. You will use networking, cold calling and digital channels to generate leads and promote the company’s offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
• Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of product features and benefits to customers.
• Create customer awareness of company products and provide excellent service.
• Manage schedules, track leads and sales, and submit regular reports.
• Listen to customer needs and feedback to generate repeat sales.
• Stay up‑to‑date on all product information.

Required profile

• B.Sc or HND in Marketing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition within a finance or credit organization.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑focused with relationship‑building capability.
• Energetic, proactive, and results‑driven attitude.
• Basic understanding of financial services is preferred.
