Bancassurance Executive – Insurance Sales

About the role

The Bancassurance Executive will promote life and general insurance products through partner bank branches in Lagos. You will act as the company’s representative, building relationships with branch staff and customers, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with branch employees and customers.
• Solicit new clients and expand existing clientele for insurance products.
• Prepare reports, planning documents and handle administrative tasks.
• Conduct market analysis, including branch profiling and competitor product surveys.
• Attend district or regional meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis.

Required profile

• First degree or equivalent in Insurance, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in insurance sales.
• Residence within the specified Lagos locations.
• Strong passion for sales with persuasive communication abilities.
• Ability to build trusted, lasting relationships.

• Guaranteed base pay between N90,000 and N180,000 monthly net.
