Baggage Handler

About the role

Enugu Air Limited is looking for physically fit, reliable and safety‑conscious individuals to join its airport operations team as Baggage Handlers. In this role you will ensure passenger baggage is handled, loaded, unloaded and transferred efficiently while complying with airline and airport safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload passenger baggage from aircraft, baggage carts and designated areas.
• Sort and transfer baggage according to flight and destination requirements.
• Transport baggage between aircraft, baggage halls, check‑in areas and other locations.
• Assist with timely delivery of baggage to support efficient flight turnaround.
• Identify and report damaged, missing or misrouted baggage to supervisors.
• Handle special baggage such as oversized, fragile or designated items.
• Verify baggage tags and relevant information during sorting and transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE/WAEC/NECO qualification.
• Physical ability to work in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
• Basic understanding of airport safety and security procedures (advantageous).
• Previous experience in baggage handling, airport operations, logistics or related field is a plus.
• Willingness to work at stations in Abuja, Enugu, Kano or Lagos.
