B2B Technical Support Specialist (English) – Remote

About the role

Ventrata is looking for a B2B Technical Support Specialist who will assist clients using its SaaS platform for attractions, tours and activities. You will work remotely, helping customers solve technical issues and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the overall customer experience by proactively addressing issues.
• Work directly with clients and their staff to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Recreate, troubleshoot and independently investigate reported incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify errors and log bugs via the internal helpdesk.
• Manage support channels including Ventrata Chat, Slack and the Helpdesk system.
• Assist with client onboarding and data upload into Ventrata’s platform.
• Support internal teams with ad‑hoc tasks beyond the core responsibilities.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and curiosity about technology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (B2 level required).
• Open‑minded, feedback‑driven and eager to grow with the company.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willingness to work 24/7 shift coverage.
• Based in Nigeria or Morocco.
