B2B & Corporate Sales Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing premium lifestyle and luxury retail ecosystem looking to expand our B2B footprint across Nigeria. As the B2B & Corporate Sales Manager you will own the strategy and execution for corporate accounts, interior‑design partners, hospitality clients and a nationwide reseller network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, secure and grow high‑value corporate and institutional accounts in hospitality, real estate, interior design and corporate gifting.
• Build, scale and incentivise a regional network of distributors and independent resellers.
• Design SOPs, volume‑discount pricing structures and promotional campaigns for B2B and wholesale partners.
• Act as the primary account executive for key corporate clients, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and forecast revenue to inform pricing and product packaging.
• Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline and provide weekly/monthly forecasts to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of commercial sales experience, with at least 2 years managing B2B corporate sales or reseller networks.
• Existing network of corporate buyers, procurement heads or retail partners.
• Proven ability to close long‑cycle B2B deals and navigate decision‑making hierarchies.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and reporting.
