About the role
The Assistant Surveyor will support the lead surveyor in all field activities across construction sites in Port Harcourt. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in measuring, layout and data collection for building projects.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the surveyor with daily site survey tasks.
- Support site layout and take accurate measurements.
- Prepare and verify field data against project specifications.
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure its proper use.
- Collaborate with construction teams to relay survey information.
Required profile
- Up to 24 months experience in surveying or construction site work.
- Resides near Sars Road, Port Harcourt.
- Physically fit and able to work on‑site.
- Honest, reliable and attentive to detail.
Required skills
- Knowledge of survey equipment operation.
- Strong numeracy and measurement accuracy.
