About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to support the daily operations of our beauty retail outlet in Lagos. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth workflow, high customer satisfaction, and a polished store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in supervising staff and coordinating daily workflow.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve client issues professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and communicate store needs.
- Enforce store hygiene, appearance, and operational standards.
- Oversee appointments, walk‑ins, and overall client experience.
- Act as the acting manager when required and represent the store to clients and stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, salon, or hospitality environments.
- Professional, polished, and trustworthy demeanor.
- Proactive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Previous customer‑facing experience in a luxury setting.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
