Assistant Recruitment Adviser – International Student Recruitment

About the role

The university is looking for a dynamic Assistant Recruitment Adviser to drive international student recruitment and partnership development across Nigeria. You will work closely with university stakeholders, education agents and prospective students, travelling frequently within the country to promote enrolment growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, parents and agents.
• Follow up on enquiries, applications, offers and documentation, ensuring high‑quality service via phone, email and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Support K‑12 school engagement and direct student recruitment activities.
• Assist with application documentation, compliance and coordination with internal university teams.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and application status in the CRM system.
• Represent the university at recruitment events, exhibitions and meetings.
• Contribute to market research, strategy development and recruitment reporting.
• Support social‑media engagement and help create marketing content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• 1‑3 years experience in international higher‑education recruitment or a related field.
• Familiarity with UK and Nigeria education regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• CRM system proficiency.
