Artificial Intelligence Engineer (Remote)

About the role

The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI models that power Creative Minds Academy’s educational products, including personalized learning tools, intelligent tutoring systems, and content recommendation engines. This full‑time remote position collaborates closely with product, curriculum, and engineering teams to turn learning objectives into scalable AI features.

Key responsibilities

• Research and experiment with machine‑learning techniques to create innovative educational solutions.
• Develop, train, and fine‑tune neural‑network and NLP‑based models.
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and ensure robustness.
• Write clean, maintainable production code and integrate models into existing platforms.
• Document technical work, participate in code reviews, and promote best practices for data ethics, fairness, and privacy.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Hands‑on experience with neural networks, pattern recognition, and deep‑learning model development.
• Practical software‑development skills, preferably in Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit‑learn.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques, including text preprocessing and embeddings.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with education‑related or human‑behavior datasets and an understanding of data‑privacy considerations.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage priorities, and collaborate with multicultural cross‑functional teams.
