About the role

Selfa is seeking an Area Technical Representative to drive business growth in the Port Harcourt market. You will identify new sales opportunities, build client relationships, and represent the company at industry events.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Port Harcourt market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision‑makers.
  • Conduct market research and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, creating and delivering presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Represent Selfa at trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.

Required profile

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation.
