Area Sales Manager – Drive Growth & Lead Sales Team

About the role

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will lead sales activities across Ibadan and Oyo State, focusing on Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, new client acquisition and overall revenue performance. The ASM will coach a team of Sales Executives, oversee recruitment and training, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop Sales Executives to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Design and execute strategies to increase AUM, expand the customer base and improve profitability.
• Generate leads, market intelligence and strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets.
• Implement company sales policies, monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Recruit, onboard and train Sales Executives, filling any staffing gaps promptly.
• Maintain high‑level customer relationships, address complaints and drive client retention.
• Set, monitor and manage sales budgets and financial goals.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years of sales experience.
• Proven track record of leading and developing sales teams.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and grow AUM.
• Experience in recruitment, training and talent management.
