About the role

Trendora Travel Agency is hiring an architect in Abuja to develop architectural designs, concepts and plans for residential, commercial and other building projects based on client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, concepts and plans for residential, commercial and other building projects according to client needs.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, floor plans, elevations and construction documents.
• Consult with clients on project objectives, design preferences, budgets and functional requirements.
• Visit sites and assess site conditions, measurements and construction feasibility.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, planning regulations, safety standards and environmental requirements.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors, interior designers and other professionals.
• Select building materials, finishes and construction methods based on design needs, durability and cost.

Required profile

• 2 years of demonstrated expertise in Revit, Rhino3D and Vectorworks, with hands-on experience delivering full architectural projects.
• Ability to develop detailed 3D models and turn concepts into construction-ready drawings.
• Experience with AI-driven design tools or digital workflow research.
• Background in teaching, documenting or standardizing architectural processes.
