Architect

About the role

Otito Studios is seeking a motivated Architect to join its Lagos studio. You will own design projects from concept through delivery, working closely with the principal and clients to shape architecture and interior environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design development on architectural and interior projects from initial concept to completion.
• Produce high-quality drawings, 3D visualisations and client presentation materials.
• Communicate design ideas clearly with the principal, clients, contractors and consultants.
• Manage your own workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Conduct site visits to ensure construction follows approved designs.
• Prepare material specifications and coordinate with relevant consultants.

Required profile

• A degree in Architecture or Architectural Design.
• 2–5 years of proven experience in architectural design and site supervision.
• Strong design instincts and attention to detail.
• Self-driven, proactive and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, contractors and team members.
