About the role
We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our team and contribute to innovative, cost‑effective design solutions that differentiate us in the real‑estate market. You will work closely with project teams to ensure designs are optimized for space, cost, risk, and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop cost‑effective architectural designs that enhance market competitiveness.
- Optimize space utilization while maintaining aesthetic quality.
- Control project costs and risks through accurate BOQ preparation.
- Ensure design buildability and obtain regulatory approvals.
- Maintain compliance with legal and industry standards.
- Create 3D visual renders to build customer confidence.
- Plan infrastructure and aesthetic elements in line with project requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar architectural role.
